Kids' Swing. Wear your dancing shoes to Lincoln Center's Midsummer Night Swing, a three-week event featuring the sounds of swing, salsa, soul, tango and rockabilly and a special Kids' Day with Rodney Lopez (from American Ballroom Theatre) teaching basic ballroom, tango and swing steps. Summerstage Family Day. A family day with hip music, storytelling, marionette puppets, dancing and Nickelodeon stars. The Greatest Show On Earth. See the Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey's seaside show The Coney Island Boom A Ring and get up-close and personal sitting just feet away from the performers. Wild Arts Weekend. Join the celebration of visual and performing arts and connect to the animals as painters, writers and performance artists showcase their work. See a puppet show, interactive dance performance, get your face painted like a zoo animal, watch watercolorists paint baboons, sea lions and other animals and more. 10am-5:30pm.
