Take a themed tour with costumed guides of both Sunnyside's cottage and Van Cortland Manor that are fully decorated for the holidays. Hands-on workshops for children. 10am-4pm Nov. 27-29. Harbor Parade
View a holiday parade of lights as decorated sailboats, powerboats, commercial boats and other vessels parade throughout Stamford Harbor. A siren signals the participants and the vessels "light up" and the parade begins. One-mile route begins at Czescik Marina and ends at Stamford Landing and the Crab Shell Restaurant. Vessels are judged and awarded prizes for Best Decorated, Most Original, Most Outrageous and more. All are welcome to participate. 6pm. Nov. 29. Visit Web site for route map and best viewing areas.
